What is Telegram ?

How to use :-

How to create a channel on Telegram ؟

To run Telegram on a computer : -
By going to the link web.telegram
We choose the country and put the phone number without the first zero, then press next at the top right
A message confirming the number will appear, and we press OK. A message will arrive with a code. We put the code in the place of the code in the browser, and thus Telegram will be launched on the computer
